Please read this document carefully before using 8bitdo's services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 8bitdo platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 8bitdo platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 8bitdo as the platform operator. This platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to engage in betting activities under applicable Malaysian law.
8bitdo reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of 8bitdo's services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
- Each user is permitted only one active account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited, and 8bitdo reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts detected.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
- If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify 8bitdo immediately via our support email.
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You will need to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of current address.
8bitdo shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to report it within a reasonable time.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an 8bitdo user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
Using any software or technical means to manipulate the betting system, odds, or game outcomes. This includes the use of automated bots, cheating software, or collusion of any kind.
Registering multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions. Each bonus is eligible for one account per user, per household, or per device.
Using the 8bitdo platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or activities that violate Malaysian law or international law.
Attempting to disrupt, infiltrate, or interfere with the normal operations of the 8bitdo platform, including cyberattacks, unauthorised access attempts, or the distribution of malware.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 8bitdo platform are processed in MYR (RM). 8bitdo supports local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
Transaction terms you need to be aware of:
- Minimum deposit: Varies depending on the payment method selected. Check the deposit page in your account for the latest information.
- Processing time: eWallet deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers take between 15 minutes and 1 hour on business days.
- Fund withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days upon successful KYC verification. 8bitdo reserves the right to request additional documents to verify large transactions.
- Unauthorised transactions: Should any deposit be received through fraudulent or unauthorised means, 8bitdo reserves the right to freeze the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
- Transaction errors: Any technical error resulting in an incorrect credit will be corrected by 8bitdo, and you agree that any incorrectly credited amount will be reversed.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
8bitdo Limitation of Liability
8bitdo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. 8bitdo's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8bitdo platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of 8bitdo and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from 8bitdo.
Third-Party Links
The 8bitdo platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 8bitdo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of those websites. Access to any third-party site is entirely at your own risk.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
8bitdo reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of Terms and Conditions violations, suspicious activity, or upon request by lawful authorities. Where an account is closed for legitimate user-initiated reasons (not due to a breach), any eligible remaining balance will be returned after the review process is complete.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
8bitdo reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by registered email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
